Jo Burba joins us at the bar. Currently the Live Director of Elder Scrolls Online, he started in games in the mid-2000's. He's not only been on the development side of things, but has also spent time in community management.  Ever wonder how online games stay online?  Jo knows the ins and outs of how to keep an online game alive.  Ever wonder what happens to all that feedback players give in the forums? Jo has read it all.  He's worked at companies such as NCsoft, 2K, Vigil and Zenimax Online Studios.

Most recently he was the Executive Director on the critically acclaimed VR game Sparc from CCP's Atlanta studio.  Morgan has a unique and fascinating approach to the video game production process and he even did time as our host's roommate in Shanghai, China!

He’s the front-line tech guy who solves a whole myriad of developers' problems with almost every big XBox game in development. A graduate of DigiPen Institute of Technology, a veteran of the indie game scene, and currently he’s a Chicago native who now makes his home in Seattle. Oh, and he used to be locked in a faraday cage.
